Spring Break Information acts as a Tour Operator, putting together the logistical elements of these trips, including procuring airfare, roundtrip motorcoaches, hotels, side trips, and party package activity packages.

Full & Part Time Sales Manager

Spring Break Information is the fastest-growing Spring Break, Winter Break, and Graduation Trip tour / travel operators in the United States. Founded on the basic principle of a super-inclusive, fun trip, we are seeking outgoing, sales minded individuals interested in selling our killer student travel products.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be able to hire your own Campus Reps and develop a sales team in your respective territory, and get paid on each and every trip that they sell, as well as your own individual sales efforts.

Full training & marketing materials are provided, as well as the most lucrative commission structure this industry provides. Spring Break Information’s innovative Rep compensation scales make it easy to understand why so many of our Competitors Sales Managers now work for us.

Responsibilities:

Develop a Sales Strategy for your territory, including prospecting new travelers.
Part-time individuals require 15-30 hours per week
Full-time sales requires a 40 hour work week.
Customer Service on existing sales
Sales Reporting

* Accountability in making your sales goals

Requirements:

*Personable, outgoing
*Fun, can-do attitude
*Sales Mentality – o.k. with hearing NO sometimes, but not taking it
*Some sales experience preferred.
*Promotional abilities
*A valid drivers license
*Desire to travel, and to work with young adults
*Familiarity with basic computer skills, MS Office, Web.
